Harassment calls

<p>Hi </p> <p> </p> <p>On numerous occasions I have requested that the number on the system be removed and each and every time I'm told that it's been removed. This i've been doing for well over a year. My mom gets calls every single day on her landline looking for me and it's rather frustrating that no single person at Std Bank is capable of following an instruction to delete a number.</p> <p>Please can someone look into this? The consultant who I spoke with yesterday advised that yes I should rather lodge an official complaint because he doesn't understand why I'm still receiving calls and messages everyday.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you </p>
