Harassment by Standard Bank credit card division

Hi

My partner and l were attacked at home. He succumbed to his injuries and l needed major surgery to save the use of my arm and ear. I explained my circumstances to Standard Bank credit card division and asked that they accept a reduced instalment on both my cards until the estate has been finalised. I am not employed due to health problems. I am being harassed by them for payment daily via email, text messages and telephone calls. I have an excellent payment history with them but they refuse to grant me any indulgences. They have also handed the cards over for collection.
