Harassment and poor customer service

I was contacted by Standard Bank in February and informed them that I would pay my installment on my credit card on 1 march and that they should not debit my Standard Bank account I would make a direct deposit from my FNB account because I had switched banks. On 1 march I payed R1000, the installment was only R700. I then used the money on the account and had a balance of 0.00. My phone broke and I had to use another number and throughout the month my secretary at work keeps telling me Standard Bank called, this has been almost every day. Then when I call them back today I'm placed on hold the first time and I eventually hang up after 2 minutes. Then at 16:33 I call again and I speak to Mandisa who as I am tryung to query and explain very rudely places me on hold while I'm talking. I then ask her why am I being harassed when I payed my account, she tells me because it's overdue. My issue with this is that I cannot use money that is not in the account. Therefore Standard Bank charges banking fees when the account is on a balanve of 0 and thus my account ends up over the limit and in turn I'm harassed at my place of work over a R200. Why does Standard Bank not charge these fees when my deposit goes in so that there is money to deduct from. I cannot make a payment until the end of the month so I must now be harassed whole month because I'm overdue. To top it off Mandisa's customer service was horrible and inexcusable. I told customer service agent to contact me for new banking details but they still tried to deduct and it's upsetting to be told every other day that standard bank has called. I reiterate that it's due to poor service that I'm now overdue and it's unacceptable to continue harassing me. On the first of April I'll make a direct deposit again and I bet I'll be debited on my old account again.
