Harassment and abuse.

I had an overdrawn account with Standard bank due to an overdraft facility. I struggled with repayments but managed to pay a small amount everymonth. Not once did Standard bank contact me to tell me the amount is not enough and to my surprise, they closed the account without informing me again. Next thing I'm contacted by lawyers ( Newtons Inc) totally unaware of the situation but came to an increased amount arrangement, which i don't even afford. I've been honoring the arrangement & never missed a payment since then but I'm still constantly being harassed & chased like a ********. I'm getting daily calls, emails telling me to answer calls and sms threatening me with summons. What I also don't understand is why they are not emailing me whatever they wish to communicate as email is an accepted, formal method of communication. I might be in debt but I still have rights and I'm not a ******** as I'm treated. I've been paying long before lawyers got involved which was totally unnecessary. I am being abused for being broke standard bank and Newtons Inc are abusing their power. I'm paying and not on the run, I'm asking to not be harrassed and abused. Please!
