harassment

To add insult to injury. After my previous complaints, opening a case against STD Bank / MDB with Ombudsman and Legal board, I received an offer at 1:30pm yesterday. I rejected the offer as they failed to include current payment and its under investigation. I had paid 2 months' worth of normal repayments as well. I received a call at 7pm last night demanding payments. And again, all day. To general public do not let this company bully you. Complain to the legal board and stand your ground.
