Harassment

Standard Bank is probably the worst company to deal with, the ongoing harassment from attorneys is dismal. I contacted the CEO of standard bank Mr Sim Tshabala on the regarding my vehicle and asset finance account on the 16th January 2025, to which I received no response I followed up today the 20th Jaunary 2025 and whilst in negotiation with the bank I am now receiving threatening emails from Marton (apparently from Standard Bank) that my vehicle has been circulated to all camera cars and it will be repossessed shortly, that is after coming to an agreement with Lerato from Standard Bank today. It is absolutely disturbing to see the way this company does business. I banked with Standard Bank for 10 years and to be treated this way is shocking!!! With the ever declining economy I was unfortunately unemployed hence couldn't make payment, I just started a job this month and contacted them to make arrangements. I am absolutely appalled by this company.
