Harassment

Not a standard bank client, and very glad about that.

I have been getting calls from standard bank looking for 2 different people, both linked to my number, this has been my number for over 10 years - so no way should it be link to someone else.

On every single occasion I am explaining the situation and ask them to remove the number, I am promised it is done, but still the calls continue.

I have started blocking the numbers, and have a list of about 10 numbers now, but it a call center so there is multiple numbers.

19/02/2018 - 7 calls - last one at 18:30 - blocked all numbers - turned off my phone 20/02/2018 - 5 calls - only answered one and got really rude - blocked all numbers 21/02/2018 - 1 call already and its only 9:30 - blocked the number - starting to worry that my phones blocked number list will be filled up.

Considering changing my number :-( Onsite lawyer says there might be legal route to follow so we investigating that in the mean time .

Hoping for a miracle - maybe servers crash and all data is lost or the bank closes down.

Useless bank, useless people and even worst system and ethics.
