Harassment
For the past week I have been receiving constant SMS's and phonecalls about an unpaid bill for a company that I have not been involved in for more than seven years. Even when I was involved with the firm, the firm did not have any loans or overdrafts or other creditors.
Standard Bank and their debt collectors have indicated that they would remove me from the harassment list, but it is continuing unabated.
I cannot comment on the affairs of the firm, but there are no debts from the time I was involved with the firm, and if there were, these would have been cleared by prescription.
Stop bothering me about this matter.
