HARASSMENT

So I was in an armed ******* in October 2016 and my Cards were ******. I reported the Cards and went into the bank to collect my new Debit Card. Then I go through all the schlep to get my new Credit Card (all with a cost of course!) Like all people your Accounts are connected on your cellphone / internet banking apps, which makes it easy to do your banking without having to drive 20+km everytime you need to do something at the bank. I have not heard anything from Standard Bank to collect my Card since October 2016, and when I went to the Bank, they sent my card...TO THE WRONG BRANCH! Where the lady then phoned Card Division and they PROMISED me they would get my card delivered to the correct branch and let me know - PLEASE NOTE THEY PHONED CARD DIVISION FOR MY CARD TO BE DELIVERED TO THE BRANCH! It is now February 2017 and I get +-20 phonecalls a day for payment on my card, which I will refuse to make unless I get my card in my hand, which I can link on my account and make an inter account transfer. Last month I got conned by them telling me that if I give them permission to transfer the money last month I will get my card - I will not get conned like that again. So I decide to answer my phone today when I see them call and tell this guy that I need my card and I will gladly make payment - will he not tell me that "IT IS NOT OUR RESPONSIBILITY TO MAKE SURE YOU GET NOTIFIED THAT YOUR CARD IS AT THE BRANCH" and then put the phone down in my ear. Then I get a phone call 2 minutes later from the same division (different person) telling me they do collections only!!!! No wonder nobody in this country can't trust anybody anymore because there are only broken promises being flung around. I will pay my account because it is my responsibility it is your responsibility to provide a service! If you are "collections" department - you are still with Standard Bank and relay messages - so relay this message - I WANT MY CARD LINKED TO MY ACCOUNT BEFORE I MAKE PAYMENT!
