Harassment

I am constantly being harassed by Standard bank for an amount which they claim I owe them. I have on numerous occasions informed them that I have settled this amount 2 months ago in full. No one from standard bank had the decency to provide me with confirmation that I have indeed settled this account. In stead I am still harassed daily by some collection lawyers for an amount which I settled 2 month ago. I have logged calls with Standard bank Clearwater Mall ,but no one seems to bother to assist me.
