Harassing me after they failed to re-instate a Debit Order.

Home Loan staff harassing me after they failed to re-instate a Debit Order. I called on the 7th of January and asked for my debit order date to be reinstated to the original date of the 25th of every month, which was confirmed. I then get a call on the 19th after they tried to debit on the date temporarily arranged for only December (17th). The Mmapula person then assures me that the date will be changed to the 25th. Once again today (26th) they tell me the temporary date (17th) was never changed. Why do you have to keep harassing me for your staff's incompetence! STOP it now, it's annoying!!
