Harassing customers for money

I woul like to know since when do i have to pay my Credit card from the 25th of a month?????? Ive had this card for years and never missed one installment. You want your installment on the 25th where i only get pay last day of a month?? When did this change as this was the agreement from when i opened this card??? You send me numerous messages daily asking to "Make urgent payment". What urgent payment do you want????It says Account overdue??? I do have until the 7th of every month to pay do i not? Is it not after the 7th the amount becomes overdue???? This installment is due and not overdue. Please catch a wake up. I pay double that what my installment says every month but yet every month im "OVERFDUE"???????? Will be closing this card asap so you can get off my ass and harass someone else.
