Harassed by calls!!! Don't you read system notes?

Good afternoon,<br> <br> I want to complain about the continuous harassment I receive via phone calls from STD bank about my Cheque account.<br> <br> My Cheque account as per notes on the system is held as suspended. I used to have a overdraft of a certain rand amount, which obviously is not reflecting on the system.<br> <br> I have a payment arrangement in place since February 2016, as per notes on the system, so why in God's name do you keep calling me to advise of cheque account overdrawn????<br> <br> Stop harassing me, I cannot keep explaining myself to caller after caller each day!!<br>
