Harassed by a Ciustomer

I was at the bank today around 10h30 there was a customer demanding coin change<br> Monica explained for him to go to the other side of the bank but he was adamant and rude insisting on seeing the manager<br> Monica managed to get a coin machine and attend to him<br> he was in the disabled queue - did not look disabled to me at all<br> Felt very sorry for Monica - I think sometimes one has to take a hard stance on some arrogant customers
