As a former contact center agent myself, I would like to congratulate Standard Bank Insurance on how they have handled my claim, more specially Nompumelelo Nkabinde. Not only did she go all out to assist, she ensured there was continuity in dealing with multiple contact centres. I would also like to mention Paskal Lynch you guys rock. Not only is standard bank lucky to have personnel like you, they also need to share this customer service oriented approach with the rest of the teams concerned.
