Happy customer

I would like to compliment Evelyn Mantanana Ntoka from Heidelberg Gauteng branch for good service I had a problem with funeral claim since from the 18 November 2022 I did not get any help but I submitted all the documents I went to the branch to call them and Ihave being told that they don't get defective. Evelyn called station comander at Sasol Policestation and she managed to get help and she was given the number to call detective She call and detective said we can call anytime Evelyn called funeral department asking them to call detective as they want to confirm death and funeral department never call So Evelyn told me to go back to work she will make follow up The following day around 5H30 she called me to give me feedback that my claim is being paid and she was still at work by then sorting out my query I wanted to close my account with std ban due to a bad experience I had with funeral department but she went extra mile and I'm happy customers today I have realized that she is given a good service always when I'm in the branch she won't leave customers go back unhappy. Even my co workers when we talk about standard bank they always talk good about her service
