Good Day
Yesterday I was on a call with one of your agents, and I must say I was more than just satisfied with the service. I can't really recall her name, I think it was Tsolo or something but she was friendly and professional at the same time. Last month one of your agents pretended as if there was a connection issue just because I was speaking in Zulu.
