I have been meaning to send this compliment for probably over a year now for some reason I kept forgetting. Better late than never anyways.

I received exceptional service from one Mr. Tshepo at Standard Bank Sandton (Mandela Square branch). I app**** for a credit card online which was approved but the process could not be finalised as there was an issue with my finger prints.

Other consultants were too quick to dismiss me without fully diagnosing the issue or attempting to find solutions. I protested as I could not just go back home without a satisfactory reason. I came across Mr. Tshepo at the time who was by the way on his lunch break but he decided to take time to attend to me and my query.

He went beyond what was required of him to get to the bottom of the issue and state possible solutions. He showed above average knowledge and skills to ensure resolution is reached.

he made an effort to follow up with me throughout until issue is fixed.
