Handing over without any communication

For 5 years, I have been under debt review and never missed one payment with Std Bank. Only recently could I afford to be released from it. I continued to make payment without missing, this week I receive a SMS from the lawyers that I have been handed over by Std. Bank. without any communication from the bank, no mails, no sms's no calls just handed over! For what reason and why? And how does your customer service work??? Sort this out your service is pathetic!!
