Handed over to 2 debt collectors, double debits

Hi my credit card has been handed over to a law firm/debt collection, but it has been handed over to 2 companies MBDCS & LGR, I have called both companies and Standard Bank and each company keeps referring me to the other company to get this resolved, so I am going around in circles to try and get this situation resolved. I cannot afford to pay 2 companies the same amount each month which in turn will essentially result in me paying double Someone needs to please get this resolved asap

I have spent hours to all companies involved and no one can help me. Surely there has to be someone who can see what is going on and get the process of resolving this started
