Handed over for paid up account

<p>This is the third time I am complaining. Last was 16 April 2016. Every year std bank hands nd over to attorneys for a cheque account overdraft that I am paying. I have made each and every payment for two years and have been so upset every year when I'm handed over. last month in January I paid off the overdraft and today I received a call from Norton rose that I have van handed over. Ridiculous and I've paid up up account and have made every payment. I require correspondence from std bank in writing that this matter has been sorted. You are acting against paying customers and that's an insult. Please confirm closure of my account and revoke the instructions from Norton rose immediately.</p>
