Handed Over Accounts

My credit card account was handed over and refused to pay this account, because Standard Bank did furnish me with statements in order to track payments on the account. I was eventually furnished with a statement by MacRobert attorneys, after I was blacklisted and the debt written off. A representative at MacRobert attorneys said they will take it up with Standard Bank that my non payment was due to the fact that I have not received an statement and also see if they can do anything regarding the ITC listing. I was made a settlement offer, which I took and settled the account on the 18th of December 2015. Today I received an email from another set of attorneys, stating that my account had been handed over and threatening m with legal action if I do not sign a debit order instruction. I find this absolutely unacceptable.
