hail damage claim

Massive hail storm in krugersdorp.submitted the claim.after the apointed contractor notfied me that they can only start the work a month later i contacted standardbank witch said i need to get 2 quotes myself .i did this and submitted the quotes.the bank notified me that they will send a loss claim adjuster.wrong they send another contractor.waiting 2 days later was notified now they will send a loss claim adjuster.trying to talk to somebody senior is trying to talk to the pope.i was promised to be phoned back in the hour.o guess what no call.Standardbank uour service sucks 3 weeks later and still sitting with the damage.more rain ,more damage.i will start getting other quotes just due to your service.but i guess 1 person moving or complaining is not so bad
