Had enough of Standard bank. A paid up letter for an account doesnt mean your account is paid infull. They will hand you over and over to attorneys.

After I have settled my personal loan with you guys 6 months ago, you have handed me over to other attorneys to get more money out of me. The account is settled months ago, how can this not show on your side as closed, as you only sent out a closure letter once an account is closed. Simple math. I will close all my accounts with you, my cheque account. That useless rewards points, my business account, I am gone. Will never support you again. This bank is useless. I have been with you for over 25years a loyal customer.
