Had enough of standard bank

Its a never ending struggle with standard bank.

I have had a Standard Bank Credit card now for many years. I am a good payer, paying amounts of up to 10 000 into my credit card each month. The last 3 years I have made a payment every month, and most months, I pay an amount 3 - 5times per month, as an when I have excess funds available. I must state that my limit on this creit card is only R29 000. They receive my money, prior to month end for the month ahead.

In August last year, I had R10 000 ****** out of my credit card. This is not the first time this has happened. I reported this to the ***** department, of which they sent me documents to complete. I sent these through. To date I have not heard any update and when I call they cannot give me an update. No investigation has been done.

I received a call in November stating that I am a bad payer and they willl be handing me over. Furious as I paid R20 000 in total just a few days before. They were claiming 500+ from me. When I raised the concern that I had paid so much money before then, they told me that my payments were not done on the 1st of everymonth. For years I have paid in advance around the 13 - 19th.

Today, I tried to get finance for a new car as mine was ****** over the weekend. I was declined on both a personal level and on a company level. They told me that I was flagged on ITC as a bad payer. by standard bank. The last two months I have paid in total R18000+ into my account, yet my monthly repayments are only R500 or so. How does this work.

Standard Bank is my only credit account. Which I only have open and use to reflect on my credit record, as I dont have any. All my bills are paid up to date, and I have never owed anyone money.

As a result, I am not able to obtain any credit.

I have opened an investigation and submitted all supporting documents to banking, credit and consumer bureaus who have all seen my supporting documentation and proof of payments and are to horrified by this.
