I bought a reposessed property from standard bank and the attorneys that are managing the transfering and registration process is Haasbroek & Boezaart Ing / Inc. The person who communicated with me in this company was Hanriette Mare, who requested that I paid the balance of the purchase price and send her my FICA documents, which I did. I then said to Hanriette since I am closer to the JHB municipality office I will go there directly to request figures for rates. I then became very shocked when Hanriette sent me an email after a couple of days accussing me of breaching the purchasing agreement. I then asked her how, her reply was that I didnot pay the balance amount and they haven't received my documents. How is this so when the documents were sent to the very same person who confirmed receipt. Does Henriette understand the meaning of the words \Breaching the contract". This is the worst person I have ever had to deal with when purchasing a property. This is really torture even a simple thing like sending an email in a professional manner"
