My husband passed on the 07 August 2021, all documents was sent to STD TRUST on the 30th August 2021. after many call emails and begging nobody came back to me. I really don't know where to go for help. I just know this is the last time I will deal with Standard bank they don't care about their clients anymore. The Standard bank funeral policy paid out a month after my husbands funeral. 48 hours no.
