Growing grey hair waiting on standard bank to resp

I paid my cheque account last year December and when I call they credit rehabitation department they are transferring me and the call get cut. I can't get a job because they haven't updated my payment on ITC. I logged my 1st complaint on Friday and haven't received any feedback!!<br>
