Group Scheme GROUP9728 - Useless Representatives

<p>A month ago I requested an updated list of insured individuals under group scheme policy number GROUP9728 at standard bank through email to the following standard bank employees [Molete, Bernice B ********** Zwane, AyandaHR A ********** 'Mkwa****, Daniel D' ********** Nhlapo, Tebogo T ********** ]even today I’m still awaiting a reply… it’s because of people like this that we find our county and economy in shambles.</p> <p> </p> <p>I bet printing an updated bordereaux and forwarding to clients wont take even 5 min.. standard bank should start looking for other resources, people who know why they are employed and what's expected of them in a company. </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
