Gross incompetence regarding dollar payments.

I need to make a payment into a dollar account with Standard Bank South Africa. I've been struggling since 29 April to do this without success. Going from Standard Bank to Standard bank - waiting in line for hours - finally coming to the front and told: We can't do it go to the next branch. Today after running from bank to bank for 6 full days, I called Standard Bank customer care. They put my call through to a division called non-resident payments. BUT even they did not know how to do the payment. The person I spoke to said he will find out and call me back, but another day is gone and I'm still waiting. Is there ANYBODY in Standard Bank who knows how to make a deposit into a Standard Bank South Africa dollar account??? NO!!!!
