Gross incompetence by Standard Bank

I'm completely disgusted with the underhanded way that Standard bank has dealt with me.<br> I app**** and was approved for a small loan in mid 2013. I paid up the loan within 4 Months and there was no outstanding amount, this was confirmed by one of the Standard Bank consultants in their Sandton City Branch. He provided me with a settlement letter as proof of this. <br> I then received an SMS 2 YEARS LATER FROM LAWYERS STATING THAT THEY ARE PROCEEDING WITH LEGAL ACTION AGAINST ME FOR THIS PAID UP ACCOUNT. <br> I will not be caught up in this admin nightmare as the lawyers are saying that I need to speak to Standard bank.<br>
