Groblersdal unproffessional workers

Groblersdal Standard bank. This bank workers are really dissapointing,l ordered my bank chegue card after it expired a month ago,l did not receive any message to come for collection and l decided to que a very long que there for hours,when l get inside they cheched and realised they failed to place the order properly,l was sent back and the teller told me not to que again when l come back,just today l went there and the white lady outside who were screening people refused me to enter saying l should que again for hours,she was even rude to me,how unprofessional some people can be,why couldnt she ask the teller who told me not to que again,l am on duty and last time my employer gave me the whole day for this
