Greedy and selfish
So disappointed with standard bank (home loan) department. I was told that I won't get what I qualify for (rate review) because I don't bank with them. I find this to be so unfair because they not only doing with business with only people that bank with them. It's so unfair to the clients who are loyal to them, but when there is something which will benefit a client, one is told stories.
