Great Staff @ Standard Bank Clear Water

We had the most amazing customer experience at Clear Water Mall Standard Bank Branch on Saturday, generally going into the bank is a daunting task, but on Saturday it was an amazing visit, the floor manager Nina was lovely in advising where to stand and what we needed, and as there were 3 of us also offered us alternative seating so none of us had to stand to long. When we finally got to the teller, we had the privilege of being helped by a wonderful person by the name of Belinda, no task was too big for her, we had to do big transfers as well as change details etc, and she helped us through every step!(and was also very informative of the process) And made us feel welcome and comfortable.

Keep it up Standard Bank, we were highly impressed!
