Great simple offering and service.
Banking made easy, especially on the Mobile App. Simple views and functions that make for effecient and effective use. Effecient and respectful call center staff who assist with various needs in a simple and effective way. I have been with Standard Bank for almost 40 years now and they have truly adapted well to market needs. For example, offerering Islamic investment opportunities at your finger tips. Well done and be careful not to let technology completely replace the much needed customer care.
