Great Service. Trying Company.
I received great service from Martin Thaba at the Standard Bank Boksburg Branch this morning. He even convinced me to join the UCount Rewards, many have tried and failed because they couldn't sell it to me. Anyway thank you to him for his service and his honesty as I had asked him why Standard Bank didn't have toilets for its clients as we had to wait so long to be assisted and he said he doesn't know and also believe there should be. Maybe at standard bank you can start looking at that. Since you have close a lot of branches, how about opening the branch on a Sunday and having it close at 13:00? Why does your Sandton Branch open Sunday but only to do the bare minimum of replacing lost cards instead of assisting us with transfers?

There needs to be public rest rooms near your facilities.
After closing all the other branches you guys should be having the most outstanding technological features or open on Sunday, because we can't all be there at the bank cramped like sardines!
