Great service - San Ridge Branch

I needed a sim card and went to the branch in person to collect because it was more convenient for me. After a short wait I was assisted by a consultant and the process was quick and easy with all the relevant information conveyed in an efficient manner, I also received information that I was not aware of. I rarely have need to go into a branch but those few times I needed to, was always a pleasant experience at this branch. Unrelated but the decor in bank branches these days seem less efficient esp when people are spread far and wide in branch making it difficult to hear when one's name is called if you in seated on the edges !
