Great Service & going the extra mile

I would like to thank and commend the Randburg branch staff for their friendliness and great.I went to the branch frustrated and with all faith lost in the institution and they were very efficient and helpful.I mostly want to thank Siyabonga who went to great lengths to assist were most had failed and did so promptly and with ease.He kept me informed all the way.He his well knowledged and efficient.I would like to thank him and hope higher management recognise and value his talent and hardwork.Thank you Siyabonga,continue with your attitude and may you be blessed.<br>
