Great service from Standardbank Bracken City

I would just like to thank the extremely helpful lady at Standardbank Bracken City (Alberton, Gauteng) who helped at 10.30am on Monday 10 September 2018. I had made a huge blunder by transferring all of my available funds from my FNB into a closed standardbank account that had an outstanding collection on it. Usually reversing such an error is not an easy or pleasant experience.

This lady saved my bacon, to her Im eternally grateful, as these funds were intended to pay my staff their wages on the previous friday. Naturally due my sill blunder none of them got their pay on Friday. My staff are extremely hard workers and I always make a concerted effort to pay them on time every week (As any good business owner should do) This blunder had scarred my already pristine record.

After telling my story to Ms. Faith Voster she went to work on my issue immediately , by 10.45 the funds were available and I could pay my staff.

Faith, your company is truly blessed to have such friendly and efficient staff such as yourself, I would love to hear of when they promote you!! You really are one in a million.
