Great service from Rajiv at Overport City

Thank you so much to Rajiv Nundhkumar at Overport City branch for assisting me with a complaint logged less than 24 hours ago.

I had sent an email requesting documents pertaining to a student loan earlier in the week, after more than 3 days I received a call from a less than helpful gentleman advising me that I would need to go to the branch and there was no way I could be assisted telephonically or via email.

I then logged a complaint in the afternoon on the 23rd, Rajiv contacted me immediately this morning and assisted with the documents I needed, and even went far as calling me again to confirm I had received the documents.

Well done on the great service Rajiv and thank you very much for the urgency!!!
