Great Service from Judy J Hendry!!

Update on a complaint I left last week. Standard Bank responded to my negative Hello Peter review and and then I received a call from Judy. It was such a pleasure being assisted by her because she understood my problem but actually took the time to properly explain what was happening. She did not give me an answer just to try get rid of me but instead she listened to what I had to say and honestly I am pleased with the service she gave. If all agents could be like her then the service at Standard Bank would be top notch.
