Great service from Joseph at VAF Sales Centre

<p>I would like to thank Joseph for doing an excellent job in handling my applications. A pre-approved application was loaded and while I was looking for a vehicle, Joseph followed up weekly to see where he could assist. Once I found the vehicle that I like, Joseph communicated promptly with the dealership and between the two of them, all paper work was completed within the same day. </p> <p> </p> <p>Since I had an issues with interest rate SBSA supp****, Joseph continued to support and assist me, and going the extra mile... Just sorry that your senior management does not have the same drive as Joseph and that management does not see the value in clients.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thanks again Joseph for everything that you did, tried and your patience.
