Great service experience from Zanele Kgwarai

I was served by Zanele Kgwarai today at Standard bank branch in CBD Springs old town. Zanele had a very busy enquiries during my arrival there.All of us , as clients expected answers from her as we queued to enquire about our different problems. Busy as it was, Zanele seem to have everything under control. It was great to to note how calm she managed to be, even under such demands from clients. When , finally, i got to be attended to, it was an efficient service , delivered professionally and politely. I left the branch very happy that my problem had been resolved, the time spent in the queue did not matter any more. Thank you Zanele for your professionalism. Keep up the good work.
