Great service deserves to be acknowledged

I would like to acknowledge the service I have been getting from Kholisa ever since she started dealing with my problem. This lady has been amazingly great. She has been updating me and when ever she says she will come back to me, she does so without me having to run after her. Great service must be praised and this is one lady who knows what is customer service. I hope all the other can learn from her. People like her are very scarce and she knows what she wakes up each morning to go to work for. Kholisa, keep up the good work and you are really appreciated. May you carry on being as humble and dedicated as you are and not get tired. Thank you so much and you really came through for me just when I was starting to get irritated with the service I was getting from the other consultants. You are great at what you do and people should know that. You rock.
