Great service delivery

Hi there A few weeks ago I came onto this platform to express my dissatisfaction having to deal with Standard Bank. Luckily during that horrible ordeal, I came into contact with Kgaugelo Ncube and her manager Ronelle De Beer.

These two amazing people have been so on top of this situation, I mean, daily check ins and updates about my accounts and their inter actions with their various departments to resolve my complaint.

I sincerely hope Standard Bank recognises these two individuals for their outstanding dedication to customer service and ensure they are elevated accordingly.

Kgaugelo and Ronelle, thanks again for everything, you’ve been super brilliant in everything. I wouldn’t mind dealing with you daily, whether it would be to work together or in a personal capacity. Your company needs to praise you guys. Thanks again!
