GREAT SERVICE

I had requested for a paid up letter for a bond account from standard bank. Normally when you request such you never receive any feedback until Jesus comes but thanks to a wonderful consultant Thabisile T Nxumalo.

Even though she couldnt find the account on the system as it was long ago since the account was settled but she never gave up like most. She went on to ensure that she investigate further until today she came back with the letter.

To put into perspective, i had requested for paid letters from few companies same-time but Standard bank is the only one to provide the letter to date.
