Great service - but need IT3 downloads checked

Thank you for your great service, always happy with the service, unlike your *********** turquoise competitor, the Tony of all banks.

Can your IT people please check your online banking, we cannot access the IT3 tax certificates. It returns "This service is currently unavailable. Please try again later, while we investigate"

This has been going on for weeks and IT3 time is here.
