Great Service
I'd like to thank Thando Khanyile and the Standardbank contact centre , I was a very irate caller and he remained calm promised to call me back and he stuck to his word, I appreciate what he has done for me.
No one at standard bank called be back to assist with an ATM query , Thando did and that made a huge difference to me an irate customer.
Thando thank you for ur service I really appreciate it and I hope your good service does not go unnoticed.
