Great Service at branch and customer support.

I recently had to complete an application for my credit card on internet banking, the processes simplicity is great! I can highly recommend the Standard Bank App, for easy banking, extra benefits, virtual cards and notifications of where my card was in the process.

Besides my recent inquiries on travel insurance and other issues, I managed to help set up my grandmother's internet banking, all done over the phone in a few minutes, with all her accounts linked. No having to go to the bank to do basic transactions anymore! Standard bank has been incredibly helpful and assisted my Gran through all the steps.
