Great service and Perseverance

I had been struggling for a number of months to get my credit card reinstated / apply for a new card and was getting nowhere with Standard Bank Card Division, so much so that the person that was meant to be assisting me from that side stopped replying to my emails.<br> <br> Yolandi from the Greenstone Branch kept persevering and still delivered great service, despite the application continually being rejected as a result of a black mark that hadn't been removed from my credit profile. After nearly four months the application was finally approved.<br> <br> I am highly appreciative of her service levels and persistence, she could easily have stopped trying or stated that she could do no more, but she didn't. She is a star, worthy of praise and an example to follow in terms of how to service clients.
